Covering all needs for the entry-level and intermediate kiteboarder, the Duke is our new and outstanding all round performer. While the larger sizes, 142 and 150, are aimed at ultimate light wind performance and ease of use, the 134 is focused on control and maneuverability for a great freeride/freestyle experience.
If you are a beginner the Duke will get you up and going in no time. If you are already cruising and learning jumps you will enjoy the easy handling and great performance these boards have to offer.

In 2008 we are introducing two new construction technologies. Each construction has been optimized for one specific board range. Never before has our board range been so fine tuned and well defined.
- CAP SANDWICH/HIGH MODULE PU CORE
New for 2008 is the high modulus PU core / CAP sandwich construction. Used exclusively in the 2008 Charles Deleau Pro Model, this high performance construction features a superior strength to weight ratio, great dampening properties and a snappy flex to achieve the best performance and comfort on the water. The high modulus PU core has very good temperature and shock resistance, ensuring a tough and long lasting kiteboard construction. If you’re looking for a light board with maximum performance, this is what you need!
- SANDWICH/WOOD CORE
Successfully proven since many years in snowboard and ski construction, the wood core makes its entry in the kiteboard market. With its natural stiffness, unique flex properties and high load resistance, the wood core is a great alternative to synthetic foam cores. Exclusively developed for the 2008 Duke Series, we’ve optimized the construction for a higher amount of flex, increasing the rider comfort to the maximum, whilst keeping a high level of performance. With the sandwich / wood core construction you get a board which it nearly indestructible, forgiving, light and responsive.
For both constructions we use a multiaxial fabric with optimized fiber directions, providing a clear definition of longitudinal and torsional flex, creating different levels of stiffness in different directions and different parts of the board. This way we are able to control the properties of the board more precisely than ever before, gaining performance, rider comfort and ease of use.
