The DR Gonzo was developed by our speed kings Dirk Hanel and Olaf Marting, who currently hold world records on the 1 mile and 500m courses respectively.
The DR Gonzo is all about pure fun and thrills! There is no other board on the market that can keep up with the DR Gonzo Twin Speed. The best control possible at high speed is what makes this board so much fun to ride. You can now reach sphere of pace never before experienced almost effortlessly.
The specially designed bottom shape and the long, straight outline will hold an edge better than any other kiteboard on the market. The asymmetrical cut outs at the tips reduce the drag by giving the water maximum release and giving you all the control you need!

The core of the DR Gonzo is also CNC-cut for maximum precision. For a clear definition of flex, each side of these boards is composed of four layers of 0/90 glass fiber applied in different orientations. The deck contains special Wood Sandwich Stringers that provide the necessary stiffness at the board's center and ensure sufficient strength in the wave and when performing tricks.
