- THE SUPER FLIGHT CORE
The Super Flight Core is our premium core. Its high elasticity and low volumetric weight allow us to build extremely lightweight and durable boards. Its great reflex response provides the boards with a very lively feel. (Dr Gonzo Twin Speed and Charles Deleau)
- THE FLIGHT CORE
The Flight Core has been specifically developed for kiteboards. It has a very
high compressive rigidity and good dampening. (Mc Queen, Bronson and Eastwood)
The technology used for making our board lines was derived from snowboard construction resulting in the probably most stable construction available on the market. The core is completely CNC-cut and is positioned between the ABS sidewalls and the resistant top sheet. The board is baked at approx. 95° C
under a pressure of 85 tons. This technology permits the construction of very light, yet extremely durable boards.
Construction Features:
• Quadrax fiber glass
• V Carbon Kevlar Strings
These laminates provide for the clear definition of both flex and torsional rigidity, creating different levels of stiffness in the front side and heel side edges.
